Shipping & Delivery
FastCabinetDoors.com ships within the 48 continental United States. Orders will ship via common carrier using either ground or freight service, depending on the size of the order and/or other factors. All orders of 15 or more doors and drawer fronts will require a signature.

You must report any shipping damage within 3 business days of receiving the order. Report the damage, carefully listing each damaged item and contact us using the Contact Us tab at the bottom of the website. We will respond quickly, and may ask you for photographs of the damage to be emailed to us. Occasionally, we may ask that you repack the items so that we may arrange to pick them up.
Privacy & Security
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Returns & Replacements
FastCabinetDoors.com does not accept changes to or cancellation of orders once they are placed. Orders are put into production almost immediately after they are received and therefore we cannot allow changes or cancellations. Please verify and re-verify your order before submitting it.
Ordering
Your order can be placed via the internet. Orders can be placed at your convenience online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our customer service and sales team is available 7:00am - 3:30pm PST Monday through Friday. We value your security and all modes of processing your order use the latest and most secure methods of protecting your information.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We strive to offer the most competitive prices on the internet. Bear with us though, we are human! We reserve the right to cancel any order or adjust the pricing on any product if we find it to be incorrect. We occasionally run promotions on our site that have a different price than what we typically sell for. If you missed a sale, don't worry, give us a holler and we'll see what we can do.

We strive to communicate every step of your order once you send it our way. However, viewing your order and order history is a great way to follow along. Log in to your account at the top of the page and view orders.

Log in to your account at the top of the page. You'll see a spot to edit all of the information on your page, such as billing/ shipping addresses or opting in to our newsletter! Need help? Give us a call, we'd be happy to update it on our side as well.
